I'm Jens. I grew up in Denmark and I fell in love with food and cooking age 12. For the past 15 years, my mission as a chef, recipe developer, educator and entrepreneur has been to help people realise how incredibly delicious plant-rich meals can be. I don’t believe in exclusion diets and restrictive dogmas. Pleasure is essential to having a healthy relationship with food.
